Percussion Ensemble

Directed by Dr. Glenn Schaft, the Youngstown State University Percussion Ensemble is one of the premiere chamber ensembles at the Dana School of Music. The ensemble’s repertoire includes classic 20th and 21st century works, experimental music, composer commissions, student compositions, marimba ensemble, improvisation, West African, Afro-Cuban, and Brazilian musics.
