Hire a Musician Form

Please select a type
We ask that you please make your request at least one month prior to your event. If the event is during the holidays or summer months, we recommend a six week lead time, since artists' schedules are filled very quickly.
 

Booking request

Please submit your booking request at least four weeks before your event. If the event is during the summer months or holidays, we recommend you give us more lead time, since artists’ schedules are filled very quickly. Booking is not guaranteed and is based on the musicians' availability. When musicians are secured, the artist(s) will contact you to make further arrangements.
