Dana Vocal Performance Clinic

The Dana Vocal Performance Clinic is an intensive workshop that explores the world of singing, acting, and performing. This program promotes a friendly atmosphere where students can learn the basics of becoming an effective singing-actor. The clinic is open to all students who will be in high school or college freshmen during the 2025-2026 academic year.

Program faculty

The clinic was initiated by, and continues to function through, the hard work and determination of advanced students at the Dana School of Music. This unique concept in educational development provides clinic participants with an enthusiastic faculty and an extensively researched curriculum. In addition to a talented faculty of young professionals, the clinic will also include special seminars conducted by the accomplished experts.

  • Audition techniques
  • How to learn a song
  • Vocal health
  • Music theory/history
  • Vocal literature
  • Song interpretation
  • Stage combat/stage makeup
  • Listening guide
 

Tuition and deadlines

Tuition*

  • Commuter tuition: $260
  • Residential tuition (includes housing,† all meals, and clinic tuition): $520
