Joseph Duva

Professor of art leads inaugural study abroad program in Scotland

Throughout the month of July, associate professor of art Joseph D’Uva served as the head guide of the Department of Art’s inaugural study abroad program in Glasgow, Scotland. Over the course of the month, students worked in the Glasgow Print Studio, an internationally acclaimed studio facility and gallery, to study various techniques in intaglio, relief printing, screen printing, and drawing.

Jalen Bosker is a graphic designer at Grove Bags, a cannabis packaging company. In response to his new position, Jalen said, “I absolutely love my job, and I couldn’t have found a better position to utilize all of the skills that I obtained at Youngstown State University.”
