Flute student to perform in final recital of McDonough series 

Kayla Gilmore, a junior-level flutist in the Dana School of Music, will perform in a virtual recital for the final McDonough Museum of Art Honors Recital Series event Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 7:00 PM. She will be accompanied by pianist Diane Yazvac.

A student brass quintet featuring Maxwell Franko and Darren Thompson (trumpets), Brendan Gage (horn), Dominic Gentile (trombone), and Alyssa Kordecki (tuba) performed a recital at historic Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh.

Jalen Bosker is a graphic designer at Grove Bags, a cannabis packaging company. In response to his new position, Jalen said, “I absolutely love my job, and I couldn’t have found a better position to utilize all of the skills that I obtained at Youngstown State University.”
