Photography

Express yourself through photographic Imagery

YSU’s Photography area is part of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Studio Art, Interdisciplinary Studio Arts degree. You’ll study photographic processes in both traditional and digital technologies within the context of a fine art program. You’ll move seamlessly between the darkroom and our state-of-the-art digital facilities while exploring historic and contemporary issues within lens-based media. The Photography area places equal emphasis on the science and craft of photography as well as critical thinking and conceptual development.
