“Tadd Dameron: The Magic Continues”

Professor of music Kent Engelhardt transcribed, notated, and edited scores and parts from jazz musician Tadd Dameron’s final album, “The Magic Touch,” which was recorded in 1962. Engelhardt then organized a 15-member band that performed and recorded the transcribed music for a new album titled “Tadd Dameron: The Magic Continues.”

“Markers”

Professor of art and Department of Art chair Joy Christiansen Erb was named a featured artist at the Pittsburgh-Philadelphia Exchange Exhibition, titled “Markers,” which was on display at the Center for Emerging Visual Artists in Philadelphia.


“Intuitive Repetition”

Associate professor of art Joseph D’Uva’s work was included in an exhibit, titled “Intuitive Repetition,” at the 7th International Lithographic Symposium in Valkenswaard, Sweden, and is now part of the permanent collection at the Dutch Museum of Lithography.
