Two art professors awarded Distinguished Professorship Awards

Two of YSU’s Department of Art professors— Dragana Crnjak and Dana Sperry—have been announced as recipients of Distinguished Professorship Awards for the 2021-22 academic year.
Crnjak was named the recipient of an Excellence in Teaching award, while Sperry was recognized for Excellence in Service. These awards are just two of the three given to Cliffe College faculty members this year, as the Dana School of Music saw part-time faculty member Yukitada Onitsuka receive a Part-Time Faculty Teaching Excellence Award.
These awards, given out annually by the YSU Office of Academic Affairs, are provided in recognition of faculty members’ outstanding achievements in their area of expertise. The awards will be presented Monday, May 2, at 6:00 PM at Stambaugh Auditorium.
