Dana faculty member awarded Distinguished Professorship Award

Part-time Dana School of Music faculty member Yukitada Onitsuka has been announced as the recipient of a Distinguished Professorship Award for the 2021-22 academic year.

Onitsuka, the winner of a Part-Time Faculty Teaching Excellence Award, is one of three Cliffe College faculty members to receive awards this year. Professor of art Dragana Crnjak was awarded for Excellence in Teaching, and professor of art Dana Sperry was recognized for Excellence in Service.

These awards, given out annually by YSU’s Office of Academic Affairs, are provided in recognition of faculty members’ outstanding achievements in their area of expertise. The awards will be presented Monday, May 2, at 6:00 PM at Stambaugh Auditorium.
