Solomon Gallery to host annual “Junior Portfolio Review Exhibition” for junior art students

YSU’s Department of Art will showcase the work of its junior art students in the “Junior Portfolio Review Exhibition” beginning Monday, April 20, through Friday, May 1, at the Judith Rae Solomon Gallery, located in YSU’s Bliss Hall.

Prior to beginning their senior-level studio art coursework, all junior-level art students are required to present their bodies of work for review by a studio faculty committee in the form of this exhibit. This event also provides the students with an opportunity to garner feedback on their work from the public.

Students participating in the exhibit include Christina Bunevich, Leah Franke, Makenna Hunter, Syd Melia, Pere Payet Roca, and Subash Sunuwar.

Entry to this exhibit is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the Wick Avenue Deck (M30) for a $5 fee payable in cash only. The Solomon Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
