Grayson Cox to guest lecture for Beecher Art & Technology Lecture Series

The YSU Department of Art’s Beecher Art & Technology Lecture Series will welcome Grayson Cox for a virtual guest lecture Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Cox is a New York-based artist and educator whose work involves photography, printmaking, architectural building, and painting. He earned a Master of Fine Arts from Columbia University and also attended the Sommer Akademie in Salzberg and The School of Visual Arts in New York. Cox has been the recipient of the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation Artistic Innovation and Collaboration grant, the National Society of Arts & Letters Career Award, and the Daisy Soros Prize.
His work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Center for Contemporary Art in Warsaw, Poland, Art Ichol in Maihar, India, and The Fisher Landau Center for Art in Queens, New York. Cox currently serves as an adjunct associate professor with the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate printmaking.
