YSU Alumni Lecture Series to feature Larry Davis (B.F.A., ’76)

The YSU Alumni Lecture Series will feature Larry Davis for a virtual presentation February 11, where he will discuss how YSU faculty members shaped his career trajectory.
Davis graduated from YSU in 1976 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts in sculpture and photography from California State University, Long Beach in 1983.
For over 12 years, Davis has worked at Walt Disney Imagineering, the design firm that creates and builds all Disney theme parks, resorts, attractions, and cruise ships worldwide. For the majority of his tenure at the company, Davis has served as an executive producer and executive creative director of the main park entrance of Shanghai Disneyland.
