2026 senior art students to showcase work in “Graduating B.F.A. Exhibition” at McDonough Museum

April 14, 2026

Senior art students from YSU’s Department of Art will showcase their work in the “2026 Graduating B.F.A. Exhibition” at the McDonough Museum of Art beginning Friday, April 17, through Saturday, May 2.

This annual exhibition serves as an opportunity for senior students in the department to share the original and innovative discoveries they have made in their artistic journeys, communicating their creative expressions of human experience with the public. Students in the Department of Art work closely with nationally and internationally known faculty engaged in a broad range of art and design practices.

Participants in the exhibition include Lauren Barrett, Jamie Beasley, Olivia Carpenter, Amaya Carter, Lilly Fairall, Dakota Flatley, Alina Handte, Richard Kritz, Asia Mahon, Juan Martin, Gianna Memo, Ronnie Owens, Delaney Pallo, Annetta Sanders, and Sarah Sharber.

An opening reception for the exhibit will take place April 17 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the McDonough.

Entry to the reception and exhibit are free and open to the public. The McDonough Museum of Art is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Parking is available at the Wick Avenue Deck (M30) for a $5 fee payable in cash only.
