YSU Musical Theatre to present “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” cabaret

YSU’s Musical Theatre program will present a cabaret titled “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” Friday, December 10 at the B&O Station Banquet Hall in Youngstown.
"Our broad array of performances is sure to make your holidays brighter, and we invite you to enjoy our sounds of the season with family and friends,” Cliffe College of Creative Arts dean Phyllis Paul said. “All of us in Cliffe College wish you and your loved ones a beautiful holiday and a new year of peace and happiness."
The event will include jazz, country, and delta blues holiday-themed music and will feature nearly 30 popular seasonal songs performed by YSU students in the musical theatre program. The student performers include Rue Deja, Ambridge, Pennsylvania; Adam Dominick, Lancaster, Ohio; Belle Elliott, Indian Lake, Ohio; Lacey Farina, Schenectady, New York; Samantha Gurd, Poland, Ohio; Nathanael Montgomery, Columbiana, Ohio; Meredith Pallo, Sharpsville, Pennsylvania; Mitchell Sharp, Beloit, Ohio; Destinee Thompson, Akron, Ohio; and Elise Vargo, Westerville, Ohio.
Tickets to the show are $25 each for all entrants and can be bought in advance here. Limited tickets may be available at the door but must be purchased with cash or check. A pub menu and beverages will available. Proceeds will benefit YSU’s Musical Theatre program.
