The ADMETE team has continued to engage K-12 learners in the Valley. During the month of July they increased their footprint in the community by adding the following community organizations to their ecosystem:

One of the most important skills in life is the ability to communicate. However, not everyone can communicate the same or has the ability to communicate the same. There are plenty of different ways to communicate, and new methods are being created every day.

Five Youngstown State University mathematics students presented research at the annual MathFest meeting, which occurred virtually this year. The students took home four awards for excellence in speaking.

Gain hands-on experience in your field through an internship or co-op with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

On April 15th, the NASA lunabotics team competed in a virtual competition with about 54 other universities and colleges. The purpose of the competition is to design, build, and operate a robot capable of navigating lunar terrain.

The YSU College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics encourages you to bring your students to campus to experience a day with STEM!

The 11th Annual Builders Association of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Estimating Competition was held Friday April 16, 2021 in Moser Hall. Robert J. Korenic, Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of the Civil and Construction Engineering Technology Program organizes the event.

For the second consecutive time, a team of six YSU students placed third overall at the 2021 National Student Steel Bridge Competition.

Each year, students from across the university present their work at YSU's annual research forum- QUEST. This year, several STEM students were recognized for their accomplishments.
