Goodyear is turning technology into motion and transforming the future of mobility.  Each year the company welcomes over 200 interns to join teams such as Engineering, Quality, Global Technology, Information Technology, Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, Manufacturing and more. Interns contribute to meaningful business projects over the course of a paid, 10+ week program and, ideally, have the opportunity to convert to full-time Goodyear associates after graduation.

Throughout their internships and co-ops, Goodyear interns focus on both professional development and skill development within their functions. Students are encouraged to bring their talent and interests, and Goodyear provides the right tools and training needed to gain real experience.  Additionally, the internship program offers speaker series, workshops, and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
