For over 60 years, University Theatre has been one of our region's finest theatre programs. Our illustrious alumni have become respected artists, playwrights, and teachers. Individuals around the world have been enriched and inspired by graduates of the theatre department at YSU.

Our alumni may be seen regionally, nationally, and internationally across the theatre and entertainment industries. They've received nominations and awards from The Tony's to The GRAMMYS®. They're found on stage and screen, from the Tony Award-winning Hadestownto Days of Our Lives.They are successful actors, directors, designers, choreographers, and dramaturgs. They also hold positions at university and public school theatre programs and are internationally respected entrepreneurs, innovators, and industry leaders.
