YSU STEM participated in the Early Genius Program, organized by KTSDI and Stadium Drive Elementary in Boardman, Ohio. YSU, along with area STEM-related businesses, provided hands-on activities to demonstrate STEM concepts. "KTSDI’s continued purpose, not only at Stadium Drive Elementary, but in the community as a whole, is to expose children at a young age to the basic concepts of STEM," said Angel Estok, worker for KTSDI. "We want to plant the seed early at a K through 4^th grade level." KTSDI is a company is North Lima, OH that deals with various STEM aspects in the workforce. The entire Stadium Drive Elementary School with over 400 students in grades K-4 attended the event.
